TMA i ServiceDesk

A browser-based work request and work order system that improves your organization’s quality of service and response time

i ServiceDesk (i SD) is a browser-based work request and work order system that improves the quality of service to your customers through faster response times and better communications. i SD can be used by anyone who has access to a standard web browser. This advanced communication tool brings your work order software directly to end users eliminating both administrative time for data entry and lost requests.

i SD provides your maintenance organization with the ability to operate in the most efficient and professional manner possible. At any time, end users can request repair work, materials, minor capital projects,* and services related to locks and keys.* If requests are converted to work orders, users can easily check their status. During the entire process, your staff can automatically e-mail updates and notices to requesters as work progresses. In addition, i SD’s open and modifiable HTML enables you to create and customize pages that have the look and feel of your organization’s website. This data can be published to an unlimited number of end users from around the world or specific sites.

* Material requests, requests for minor capital projects, and services related to locks and keys are only available with TMA Enterprise and TMA WorkGroup. In addition, the TMA Key Management module is required for key requests.

  • Print published reports from i SD, such as building list, room list, staff list, inventory list, etc.
  • Use Material Request to search all items in inventory, build a request, and submit for approval.*
  • Submit requests for minor capital projects that include funding information and description of the project.*
  • Publish facility news, emergency procedures, or links to other sites using customizable HTML pages for all users or users at specific facilities around the world.
  • Restrict access to specific functions and pages for individual facilities, buildings, and/or areas by user.
  • Utilize LDAP support for user authentication.
  • Employ SSL for encryption data transfer.
