John C. Smith
John C. Smith, TMA Systems Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, is originally from the Chicago area. He studied accounting at Oklahoma State University and received both a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Accounting. He holds a Certified Public Accountants certificate and is on the Board of Directors of several technology companies. Over the past 20 years, he has consulted with, owned or managed several technology companies through his association with Deloitte and Touche, The Williams Companies, Muzak and several investment banking firms. John has worked in over 27 countries throughout the world.
John is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as, the strategic direction the Company is taking both domestically and internationally. He can be contacted at:

Gary R. Schaecher
Gary Schaecher, TMA Systems Founder and President, is originally from Illinois. He studied electronics in the U.S. Navy and graduated with a Bachelor in Educational Studies from the University of Missouri. Prior to TMA he founded, owned and managed a three state retail chain specializing in high-tech outdoor adventure clothing and equipment.
Always interested in technology, in 1981 Gary began programming an inventory control program for his retail stores. In 1987, he recognized the need for a robust CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) solution for the facilities market and began programming. In 1988, he founded TMA Systems and sold version 1.0. Gary continues to develop products and manage the Company's strategic direction related to technology. He can be contacted at:

John R. Johnson
John R. Johnson, TMA Systems Senior Vice President, is originally from Columbus, Ohio. He graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami (Florida) and a Masters of Business Administration from St. Louis University. He has spent the past 30 years in sales and marketing focused primarily on product development and new product launches. Prior to joining TMA in 1995, he was the Executive Vice President for an educational marketing firm and has held management positions with Boise Cascade and Container Corporation of America.
John is responsible for the development and execution of new product and market segment strategies for TMA Systems with special emphasis on development of sales and marketing strategies for these opportunities. He can be contacted at:

Dustin Taylor
Dustin Taylor, TMA Systems Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is originally from the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area. He studied marketing at Northeastern State University where he received a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree. He has more than 15 years experience in the information management industry, focusing primarily on the sales of facility management and financial accounting software applications. Prior to joining TMA in 1999, he was the Director of Marketing for a technology consulting firm.
Dustin is responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy for TMA Systems with emphasis on identifying new market opportunities and executing the overall sales and marketing plan. He can be contacted at:

Richard Khor
Richard Khor, TMA Systems Director of Engineering, is originally from Malaysia. He studied at Campbell University where he received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has more than 10 years experience in the development of maintenance management software and has provided the leadership for the development, deployment and support for several of TMA’s core products.

Michael Koenig
Mike Koenig, TMA Systems Director of Sales, is originally from the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Zoology. He has more than ten years of experience in the information management industry, focusing primarily on selling software solutions to the facility management industry. Prior to joining TMA in 1999, he was the Manager of Training for a financial services firm.

Darren Brown
Darren Brown, TMA Systems Director of Services, is originally from the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. He has more than fifteen years of experience in maintenance management and information management industries, focusing on maintenance management, inventory & asset tracking, and implementation of CMMS solutions. Prior to joining TMA in 1998, he served eight years in the United States Air Force.

Lesley Shollmier
Lesley Shollmier, TMA Systems Director of International Business Development, is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Gender Studies. She has a diverse background in sales and marketing with extensive international experience, most recently developing a educational business based in South America.
Lesley is responsible for the overall development of sales and marketing channels for TMA's international expansion. She serves as the primary liaison for global partners in their efforts to develop and expand TMA within their markets. She can be contacted at:
